Built for Nigerian food
A plan that knows
what eba costs you.
Nine questions. Your real calorie number, free. Then a full meal plan, training plan and fasting schedule built from food you can buy at Mile 12 — not almond flour and quinoa.
Daily target
2,090
kcal · 200 g protein
Day 1 — Monday
Breakfast
Boiled eggs, oats, banana
627 kcal
Lunch
Grilled titus, efo riro, eba
837 kcal
Dinner
Peppered chicken, salad, yam
627 kcal
Tip: mould the eba before you sit down. Eating from the bowl is how a 300 kcal portion becomes 900.

What are you trying to do?
Everything else in your plan follows from this one answer.
The plan
Fourteen pages, written for you
Not a template with your name at the top. Every portion is sized to your calorie target, every exercise to the equipment you actually have.
A 7-day meal plan
Every meal, every portion, in cups and wraps and grams. Jollof, beans, amala, efo riro — sized to your target instead of banned from it.
A 4-week workout plan
Written for a full gym or a bedroom floor. Real progressive overload, so week four is genuinely harder than week one.
A fasting schedule
16:8, 5:2, or a gentle ramp from 12:12. And if fasting is a bad idea for you, we say so and leave it out.
A market list
One trip, one week, organised by section. Most meal plans die on a Wednesday because nothing was bought on Sunday.
A progress tracker
The five things worth measuring and a four-week log. The scale alone will lie to you for weeks at a time.
Straight answers
What to do about owambe. Why the scale stalls. Whether supplements are worth it. The things you'd otherwise google badly.
Optional · ₦1,500/month

I'm at a buka. What should I get?
Beans and one wrap of eba, with grilled fish if they have it — lands around 700 kcal, which fits your lunch slot fine. Skip the dodo, that's another 300. If it's only fried food, get the smallest portion and make dinner protein and vegetables.
Scale hasn't moved in 2 weeks 😞
Two weeks flat isn't a plateau — water shifts alone can mask a fortnight of real loss. Your waist is down 1.5 cm over the same period, which is the better signal. Don't cut anything yet.
What this is — and what it isn't
What it is
- A calorie and protein target from the Mifflin-St Jeor equation
- Meals built from published Nigerian food composition data
- Training that follows standard progressive-overload principles
- A fasting protocol matched to your experience and health
What it isn't
- ·Medical advice, or a substitute for a doctor who knows you
- ·A detox, a cleanse, or a tea that melts fat
- ·A promise of a fixed result — nobody honest can give you that
- ·Fast. Nothing here works in two weeks, and we won't pretend otherwise.
On fasting specifically: the research is clear that 16:8, 5:2 and alternate-day fasting all produce real weight loss — and roughly the same amount as simply eating fewer calories. Fasting works because it makes eating less easier to do, not because the clock does something magic. Your plan treats it that way.
And we do turn people away. If your BMI is already below the healthy range and you ask for a weight-loss plan, we decline and point you to a doctor. If you're pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or have a history of disordered eating, fasting is removed from your plan entirely. We'd rather lose the sale.
Before you buy
Why ₦1,500? What's the catch?+
There isn't one. A one-time payment for one PDF — no subscription, no stored card, no upsell email in a week. A dietitian consultation in Lagos runs ₦15,000–₦50,000; this is a fraction of that because it's automated, and we're upfront that it's automated.
Do I have to create an account?+
Not for the plan. You answer the questions, pay, and the PDF lands in your inbox. If you add coaching later you sign in with a link we email you — still no password.
What if the plan doesn't fit my life?+
Every meal in the week is built to the same calorie target, so days are interchangeable, and any protein swaps for any other protein. The structure is what matters. If it's genuinely unusable, reply to the delivery email — a real person reads those.
Is this safe if I have a health condition?+
We ask about pregnancy, breastfeeding, diabetes, blood pressure, ulcers, thyroid conditions and disordered eating, and the plan changes based on your answers — sometimes by declining to sell you one. But we're not your doctor and can't be. If you manage a condition, show the plan to the person who does.
How does the AI coach work?+
It's given your plan, your targets and your check-in history, so its answers are specific to you rather than generic. It's kept deliberately in scope: food, training and your plan. It won't diagnose anything, won't discuss medication, and won't help you eat below the floors in your plan.
How do I pay?+
Paystack — card, bank transfer, USSD or mobile money for the plan. Coaching needs a card, because recurring billing can't run on a one-off transfer. Your card details never touch our servers.
